I've been a skeptic for a long time regarding the "Get Rich Quick" programs that are out there. I tried a few of them and basically, I made a donation to some marketer. Many of them didn't do me that much good. There were really two reasons for it:

- I didn't give the programs the effort some deserved.
Now, I understand the reasons many of these programs sell well - People hope for better things and a better life. We see folks in the news that have broken the bubble to wealth and we want it too. Before I started online marketing, I wasn't a poor guy. I had a good income and a moderate lifestyle. There was a time when I knew poor. Things were real bad and the future looked pretty dim. But that was then.
But, let's talk about today. Like I said, things were going ok but I didn't feel like I was really getting anywhere. The Visa bill never seemed to go away and as I get older, it became apparent that when it comes to retirement, things might start to look bleak again. I live in a nice house in a nice neighborhood but I'm not getting any younger. I realized that the day might come that I may not be able to afford this place.
